Sage - Terriable
We purchased the sage 50 for 1 year, used it for 3 months, the business didn't work out, so we closed the business. Then all of a sudden there's a charge to my CC almost a year later, from sage, we called numerous times but no one was ever able to answer the call, the recording kept saying to callback later during business hours (we were calling during business hours, 4 pm eastern time) then finally when we spoke to someone they transferred us saying we would get a reversal for the money taken from our CC, we then get transferred again, and then again, then speak to a ignorant unhelpful person, who transferred us again to the same number that had the initial recording to call back at a later time, Impossible to reach, it seems they don't have anyone working in the department to give the refund.
How can a company be able to take money and then refuse a refund, when your not going to use the service or product, I thought Canada had a refund policy.
This program is expensive hard to use unless you have accounting experience. would not recommend.
