Sage - Customer support is poor and difficult to reach. I'm sure they don't actually care about their customers, but I am switching to another product with actual support.

I have issues with the tax forms. After 20 attempts to get support I gave up. I am switching to quickbooks. The end of the year is the perfect time to switch.

STAY AWAY FROM SAGE ALLTOGETHER

Upgrading from Sage 50 to Sage 100 2018 was the worst company decision I have ever made in my life. The support and upgrade support is absolutely non-existent. Words can not explain my displeasure with this horrible company and complete lack of support.

Sage - Terrible service
My payment not allocated, e-mails not answered, finally got through to registrations after holding for 12 minutes, was asked to hold, put back in the holding for a consultant queue someone answered after 20 minutes and put the phone down. Total time of call 35 min.
