In order to speak with someone in Customer Service you have to leave a call back number and they will call you at your convenience rather than the customers convenience. I have tried 3 times to speak with someone about our account.

It needs to be paid although the account in on auto renewal and when I have spoken to someone they say it will auto renew. Guess what today we are locked out of our account. When I did get a call back from someone they were going to have the manager call me immediately. 1 1/2 hours later.

Still have not heard from Aaron Johnson (Manager). Terrible customer service.

Sage Business Works Horrible customer service:

I am a Sage Business Works Customer for more than 20 years.

Their customer support service is awful. I made calls at least 10 times to get some one to call me .

You never get anyone over phone. You have to leave a message and they say they will call back. They call after 1 or two hours. They never commit when they will call back and when they call you have to be at your desk.

If you miss the call, you have to go over the same procedure again.

Previous day they gave a tech support appointment time that they will call at 10:00 AM CST. I was waiting at my desk no-one called till 3 PM CST.

In between I called several times to know about my scheduled appointment. For this I have to call and leave a message. Each time a person calls back and I have to go over the whole procedure again to call me back.

Talk to 4 different customer service person explaining the problem and they say tech support person will call back but no-one calls back.

Wasted my whole day for one software update help. We pay a very high annual support service plan. For our paid service plan, they do not honor their commitment. Sage customer support used to be very good 5 years ago.

now it is very bad. I would never ever recommend Sage to any business.
